Abdul Hamid Bin Abdullah, Governor, Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore
Abdul Hamid Bin Abdullah, is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) and a Fellow of the Institute of Internal Auditors (FIIA) Singapore, with 35 years of experience in financial, compliance, operational and IT audits in the public sector. He was an audit director in the Auditor-General’s Office Singapore. Currently, he is holding appointments as Governor in the Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore, Chairman of AMP Group and a director in Hope Villages Fund Pte Ltd.
He is a past International Vice-President of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) and ITGI (IT Governance Institute). An adjunct lecturer in IT Governance in the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore, he also teaches IT auditing in the IIA Singapore Academy.
